MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS

TRAVEL WITH DISABLED MOBILITY

We want everyone to have the opportunity to travel and be mobile with us. We have provided you with all the important information for this. It is important to us that you can travel comfortably and barrier-free. That’s why we want to offer you the best service and help you as best we can.

Our trains are equipped with multi-purpose areas that offer space for wheelchairs, prams, bicycles or even large pieces of luggage. An additional designated area for wheelchairs is located in the immediate vicinity of the toilet. Our trains also have other features that can help you: Push button with blue background: When pressed, the request for a ride is reported directly to the driver. Intercom stations in the boarding areas, at the wheelchair space and in the toilet for direct contact with the drivers.

Our vehicles also have extendable folding steps to bridge the gap between the edge of the platform and the vehicle, so that we can guarantee problem-free boarding and alighting at most stations. At the other stations, our train staff will be happy to support you so that you can use a ramp to board the train. Please note, however, that not all platforms in our network are barrier-free and that it is not possible for every passenger to reach or leave the platform without restrictions. These are the following stations:
